The MU Career Center has resources to help you through a career transition. This process can be overwhelming at first—take charge of your job search, but don’t be afraid to ask for help along the way.
This is a time to carefully evaluate your strengths, interests, abilities, skills and experiences and identify what works for you! Your needs are the most important part of the process.
Community Members can purchase a $25 user pass for 4 months of full access to all services and resources of the MU Career Center including the opportunity to work with a career counselor.
Services of the MU Career Center include:
* Assessments to help clarify your career interests, work values, and job options (some assessments have a $15 fee).
* Extensive printed and online resource library to provide occupational information, such as job descriptions, educational requirements, salaries, job search strategies, and employment outlook. * Career counseling focusing on a wide range of career, academic, and social issues.
* Résumé and cover letter assistance by trained career specialists.
