The 34 CliftonStrengths themes are sorted into four domains, or categories. This week, our focus is going to be on the Executing domain. People with executing talent themes excel at making things happen. These are the people who take concepts from ideation to implementation and enjoy seeing things come to fruition. They can be motivated internally by their own desire for accomplishment or externally by the achievements of those around them. They have no problem working hard to complete a task and are often characterized by their resilience, organization and their ability to think through the smallest details.
The talent themes that fall under executing are: achiever, arranger, belief, consistency, deliberative, discipline, focus, responsibility and restorative.
