In CliftonStrengths, the 34 themes are sorted into four domains, each of which reflect the type of strength it is. This week we’ll be introducing you to the Strategic Thinking domain. Whether it be a new idea or a comprehensive analysis, those who exhibit Strategic Thinking know how to see what could be. Talent themes in this domain are motivated by the potential they see when they observe the world, and they’re especially gifted at turning these prospects into real, attainable outcomes. They have no problem making forecasts and predictions of their own success, and are often inspired by opportunities for new ideas or opinions.
The talent themes within this domain include Analytical, Context, Futuristic, Ideation, Input, Intellect, Learner and Strategic.
