On-Campus Interviews

Companies from all over the state, region, and country come to the Mizzou campus each semester to recruit full-time hires and summer interns. These interviews are arranged through one of the several Career Services offices on campus. You may search for upcoming on-campus interviews on www.HireMizzouTigers.com, powered by Handshake, or may contact the appropriate career office.

Career Fairs

There are several fairs sponsored by campus career offices throughout the semester that bring  employers from various companies and organizations to meet with students and find potential candidates. A full list of career fairs can be found on the HireMizzouTigers.com, powered by Handshake.

Professional Organization Websites

Professional associations are great tools to expand your career knowledge and network if you have specific career interests in mind.  Associations offer workshops, seminars, and oftentimes discounted or free memberships to students. There are often membership directories and/or local chapter listings that include the names, email addresses and phone numbers of professionals you may access.

Chambers of Commerce

Chambers of Commerce offer useful hiring information for job seekers as well as directory of member companies.

Want Ads: Newspapers and Trade Journals

Vacant positions are often found in the Classified or Employment (web) pages of newspapers and trade journals.  This is a great tool for any job seeker looking to relocate to another city or state. Employers are more inclined to use local advertisements and many of these publications are the premier resource for employment postings in the region.
